Prescription Coordination Service

Prefer to obtain your prescribed medication through your local or preferred pharmacy? Optimized Society can coordinate an eligible prescription with the pharmacy of your choice following an appropriate clinical evaluation for a 3 month's supply.

This service is designed for patients who wish to use their pharmacy or insurance benefits rather than obtain medication through one of our partner pharmacies.

Includes: prescription preparation and electronic transmission to your selected pharmacy, review of appropriate medication and dosing, and routine pharmacy communication related to the original prescription.

Please note: Payment of this fee does not guarantee that a medication will be prescribed or covered by your insurance plan. All prescriptions remain subject to clinical appropriateness, applicable prescribing requirements, medication availability, your insurance formulary, and pharmacy policies. Medication cost, insurance copays, deductibles, and other pharmacy charges are separate.

Prior authorizations, appeals, extensive insurance correspondence, medication changes requested solely for formulary coverage, and additional clinical evaluations may require a separate service or fee.
